The fish in our sashimi samplers are hand-cut to order by our master sushi chef, before being individually vacuum sealed and GreenFrozen to ensure it gets to you as fresh as the moment our chef sliced it. Each set comes in a special bento box with a pair of chopsticks, soy sauce, and grated wasabi. You can thaw few pieces at a time to indulge yourself or share with others when feeling generous.
