This 24 piece sashimi sampler includes 8 pieces each of our premium Bigeye Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, and Norwegian Salmon. The fish is hand-cut to order by our master sushi chef, before being individually air-permeable vac sealed in two's. Prepared fish is frozen in the Green Freezer, our proprietary freezing technology, to ensure fish is preserved as fresh as the moment our chef sliced it. With the included soy sauce and grated wasabi, this sampler makes for a perfect dinner for 2 or appetizer for 4.
