This 40 piece sashimi sampler includes 2 pieces each of melt-in-your-mouth Bluefin Otoro and Chutoro, 4 pieces of delectable Bluefin Tuna, 8 pieces each of our premium Bigeye Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Hamachi and Norwegian Salmon. With premium Toro Sashimi (part Otoro and part Chutoro) being sold for $20 per slice, this sampler is a treat. The fish is hand-cut to order by our master sushi chef, before being individually air-permeable vac sealed in two's. Prepared fish is frozen in the Green Freezer, our proprietary freezing technology, to ensure fish is preserved as fresh as the moment our chef sliced it. Included are soy sauce and grated wasabi. This sampler makes for a perfect dinner for 4 or appetizer for 8.
